Upon agreement to commence work, an upfront fee will be taken via card payment for hosting, domain name and mailbox. Once the product is delivered we take the remaining amount, which is your service fee charge. This is usually done in the form of bank transfer but we can also accommodate other forms of payments.
Any extra features are estimated based on requirements and will be quoted ahead ofbuild and form part of service fee.

If you aren’t happy with your site, we can keep working together until you are 100% satisfied.
If you have already paid the upfront fee, this cannot be refunded. If you are unhappy with the website post-delivery, we are happy to discuss refund options. Please note, the paid service fee charge will never be refunded in full.
Yes, you have full ownership of your site. We will provide you a login to access the Webflow platform and any associated services, where you can see and do everything we can. Upon completion of the project we recommend you change all your passwords.
Most sites can be built within around two weeks of us receiving the content, larger sites may take longer.
You need to supply your logo and any specific text and images you want included, as well as site colours and any business info (such as address, phone number and email).
If you are short on ideas for design and colour, that's no problem. Together, we will review Webflow templates to help you get to a starting point after which we can apply further changes.
You get all the benefits of Webflow's first-grade security protection, including encryption, backups and SSL certificate (which gives the site a little padlock next to the URL). Your website will be safe from hackers. More about Webflow's security policy can be found here
Yes, we will optimize your site and make sure it appears correctly in search engines and has the best chance at appearing higher up in the rankings.
We can provide a limited number of images (under free license). However, if these are going to be many it may incur extra charges.
